Shouting out to the amazing women of West Bletchley: fancy trying something in 2025 you've never done before? Bring your daughter, niece or a friend along to our Women's Self-defence sessions, starting in February.

Completely free, you'll learn key protection skills to build your confidence. No prior experience is needed, and we'll be going at a gentle pace so you don't need to be a gym bunny to take part!

Autism in Teenagers - Parent/Carer Programme with Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists

You can book all of the sessions or pick the ones that will help you most.

All online sessions will be from 1:30 – 2:30pm. In-person sessions ( 12 Feb & 12 Mar) 1-2:30pm, location to be confirmed.
