✨☀️ Come and join us at Tiny Tales Dance Summer Adventures. ✨☀️

This summer we are off on an adventure to Tommy and Tilly’s magical storyland. No passport needed! ☀️🥳

I am so excited to share that we will be offering four weeks of summer sessions full of dancing, stories and lots of FUN!

As we have a new story each week, we will revisit four of our favourite stories covered within our first two terms, which you can help choose by voting for! 📚

📍We will be running the classes from our two locations Biggleswade and Shefford.

To celebrate our launch of Tiny Tales Dance Biggleswade, we are offering FREE taster classes on Tuesday 4th June! ⭐️✨🥳

I will be cutting and donating my hair to the Little Princess Trust for children and young people experiencing the devastating effects of hair loss.

After watching my own mum lose her hair during chemo, I have seen first hand how truly heartbreaking it is. Now, having my own daughter I feel that being able to receive a comfortable & beautiful wig could restore one of the many things these awful illnesses take from these little Prince and Princesses.

I would love to try and raise money towards making some real hair wigs for these absolutely incredible children who are already facing the most unimaginable battles.

It costs The Little Princess Trust £700 to provide one child or young person with a real hair wig.

To all my wonderful clients, both human and fur babies.

It is with a heavy heart, I have decided to take a break from dog grooming. The house has been sold and though it’s been a very difficult decision, I feel for now it is the right time to take a pause from grooming.

I’ve been extremely fortunate to have such wonderful clients, without whom I would not have been able to have the success I have had over the past 7 years.

Your kindness and support has been invaluable.
I love all my fur babies dearly and will miss them all so much 🥺❤️.

I will be more than happy to give you any information for groomers to help maintain the look and style you like while I take a break. I hope to see you all again in the future.

Hello, I hope you are all well! I’m certainly missing all of my gorgeous fur babies!

I’m still on maternity leave and am hoping to be back to work around June/July but I will keep you posted!

I thought I’d share a little video of one my own fur babies who I finally managed to give a much needed haircut!

Hello, I hope you are all keeping well!

I just have a couple of updates for you ….

I am no longer operating on Thursdays and Fridays.
** I am open Monday through to Wednesday & Saturdays**

Also have some exciting news to share…

I am expecting baby number 2 at the end of this year, so my last day of work (all being well and good) before starting maternity leave will be the 12th of December.

**I will be looking to return to work before the summer months. **

As I am still working part time, you might want to schedule your next couple of grooms to avoid disappointment.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you all and care for and love your wonderful fur babies.
Your continued support means the world to me.

‼️With the weather being so hot please take care not to walk dogs before their appointment and keep them as cool as possible. I do have an air con unit but If I feel it becomes to warm for blow drying and travelling with dogs I will have to reschedule their appointment.‼️

This Monday and Tuesday is a red extreme heat warning.

Walking your dog during this heat can be fatal, please don't risk it. Your dog won't mind skipping 2 days of walks.

Some advice that can help in the hot weather:
☀️ Keep pets indoors in the coolest room of the house and use fans if you have them
☀️ Ensure plenty access to water
☀️ Close windows, keeps blinds down and curtains shut
☀️ If it cools down in the evening make sure to check the pavement temperature before heading out - hot pavements can burn paws easily
☀️ Paddling pools and water play can be great, just keep very energetic games to a minimum and don't leave dogs unattended with a deep pool.
🚗 Never leave your dog in a car in hot weather. Even with windows down or in the shade this can be fatal in as little as 20 minutes.

Keep an eye out for these nasties! Hotspots are paws, ears and armpits! 🐾🙈

Biggleswade Community Safety Group

Dog Theft Warning

Further to a report of Dog kennels being broken into on Sunday evening whereby 8 dogs have been removed from a kennels in North Bedfordshire, including 1 Black Lab, 2 Cocker Spaniels and 5 English Springer Spaniel, we are urging all dog owners to remain vigilant to any suspicious activity and reminding you of the following -

AVOID leaving dogs in outside kennels if at all possible. If not possible, then make sure the kennels are alarmed - experience tells us padlocks alone will not stop thieves.

Ensure all gates are locked at top and bottom with a shoot bolt and padlock and consider fitting a bell or gate alarm.

Keep an ID tag on your dog at all times.

Never leave your pet in the garden unattended.

Make sure your dog is microchipped and their details are updated so that they can be returned if they are stolen and subsequently found.

There were also 2 attempted dog thefts on Sunday evening in BEDFORDSHIRE as well 1 just across the border in the HERTFORDSHIRE area.

Please remain alert and report any suspicious activity.
