I AM CLOSING MY BOOKS COMPLETELY FOR 2024!

What this means:

🐶 I am not taking on any new clients for dog walking/drop ins or dog sitting.

🐾 If you have ever signed a client agreement with me I do NOT consider you a new client so please pop me a message if you need me.

🐶 You’re welcome to recommend me but probably best leading with the sentence:” She’s fully booked” to avoid disappointment!

🐾 If you are thinking of a holiday or a short break please get your dates in ASAP as they’re GOING FAST!

🐶 I still can do adhocs but need at least 10 days notice as I plan the following week on a Saturday.

🐾 THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH to all of you who have continued to book me,support me,recommend me and just made my dream come true!

I can not believe I am this booked up within two years of my business.

Hi everyone,

This is an odd one.

A few of you have contacted me saying that someone named “Jan Thomas” messaged you asking for references.

I have told them that I have no availability so don’t see any need to provide references.

However,unfortunately they have decided to look through my comments/likes and contact anybody who has engaged with my page.

People who never shown that they used my services have been contacted.

If you did get a message I’d advise to ignore them and block but of course if you want to give a reference (assuming this is genuinely what they want) please do so.

I have nothing to hide and am happy for all clients past or present to share their honest experiences of my services to other people.

What I do not like is a random faceless account to message my clients who work full time,have kids or run businesses, late at night!!


I am sorry if this person has disturbed you in any way.

Thank You to everyone for being so lovely in their replies to the person especially those who haven’t actually used my services but know me personally or professionally.

This boy made me so proud again today!

40 minute walk on a sunny day around lunchtime with LOADS of dogs around!

Not one single reaction of Luther!

This is why working with reactive dogs is so dear to me his realisation that actually.. these dogs aren’t as scary as I thought was beautiful to see today.

He was one tired boy after all that excitement!

Coko was in “naughty” mode yesterday 😂😂

Not often I have to repeat things to Coko!

She was determined to get this plastic bottle even if it means Nessie almost fell in there with her!

While it wasn’t dangerous from a “drowning” point.. it is DISGUSTING!

So no, she was not allowed to go in.

I love this side of Coko, nice to see her pushing boundaries a bit with me it shows she is comfortable with me.

Bessie now hears my keys and stands and waits with a waggy tail! She used to hide!

We had a very short walk, cuddled and had a deep conversation about how unfair it was that she had to go in the wet and cold to p*e.

⚠️ JACK IS ABSOLUTELY FINE ⚠️

This is a “see you around” post..

Today I had to say “ see you around” to one of my regular walks pups Jack!

Jack has been with me for over a year.

He has been such a good boy and I’ll miss him terribly especially how happy he was to see me!

Jack has seen me at my lowest and has managed to always make me smile with his antics.

I had to make some tough decisions this week.

Unfortunately I am dealing with some severe pain management issues and very frequent migraines.
This meant that I had to reduce some of the dogs I care for.

Jack will always be a part of Nessie’s Adventures!

A big big thank you go to Jack’s mum and dad for being so supportive,kind and understanding.

Not just when I have let them know of my decision but also in the last year. They have been so incredibly kind!

On today’s adventure Coko met some Swans and was very intrigued by them.

She didn’t appreciate them hissing at her though!

I kept her on lead to make sure she wouldn’t attempt to chase them as Swans are a protected species and it’s nesting season.

I also don’t think it is responsible to let off lead dogs roam around their natural habitat and home.

She did get plenty of off lead fun later on.

They are beautiful creatures but terrifying at the same time!

We’ll bring some bird food or oats with us next week.

I looove seeing this boy to break up his day!

Today we went on a walk in the sunshine then played ball in the garden and to work his brain did some enrichment. 🐌 🐌

He’ll sleep soundly until daddy comes home 😴
