All royals are believed to be 100% healthy and are eating well before leaving. We make every effort to ensure that all Royals are s*xed accurately. Mistakes are a very small possibility so it is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm the s*x. We make every effort to ensure that the genetics of all royals are as accurate as possible. With royals that contain multip
le genes it maybe that the ID is a best guess from information available, previous experience of ourselves and other breeders . We will always err on the side of caution if we are unsure on the presence of a gene in a particular morph. You must be aged 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian to purchase a snake. We will make every effort to ensure each customer buying a snake has the knowledge to look after their purchase properly however it is the buyers responsibility to learn proper husbandry for their purchase. We will not accept responsibility for a persons’ lack of knowledge or poor husbandry skills
Upon purchase all customers will be given full records from date of hatching. These records include the genetics and s*x of the snake, the hatch date, all feeds, sheds and weights. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact us within 24hours of receiving the animal. We accept the payments by bank transfer, PayPal or cash on collection and no animal will leave until payments have been received in full. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise and pay for the use of any courier. A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an animal. This deposit must be received within 48hrs of the initial request to reserve the animal. If payment is made in full £25 of this will be considered your non-refundable deposit should you choose to cancel the purchase before your animal has left. We will consider payment plans on request, It is the buyers responsibility to keep to the agreed payment plan. If payments are not up to date we reserve the right to cancel the sale with payments returned to the purchaser with the exception of the £25 deposit.
