This handsome chap had his first 1:1 session this week, working on his focus and listening skills outside. He would rarely check in with his owners and found the environment way more interesting.

We put some fun games in to help build focus and recall and by the end of the session he was having the best time of his life with his owners involved!

I’ve been so lucky over the last 4 years of beyond the paw to have lots of opportunities such as training walks, classes, workshops and 1:1 training sessions.

I’ve realised over this time my true passion is in 1:1 training sessions. Allowing a session to have my full attention and being able to put my knowledge and skill to the test in each session by adapting the training to the dog in front of me.

Being able to talk to owners and really understand what they are looking for in their dog and be the support they need, it’s much more than just a 1 hour session to me.

‼️HUGE BOOKING CHANGES COMING IN MAY!‼️

Due to unforeseen circumstances there will be changes to 1:1 training sessions.

Beyond The Paw will now be offering block booking after high demands, starting 1st May 2025.
4 1:1 training sessions will now be available to be booked for £180.
You still have the flexibility of picking 4 sessions that best suit your schedule and recommended time would be fortnightly as usual.

Single 1:1 sessions will also still be available to be booked but now will be £50.

BTP club walks will now only be £5 on Saturday mornings and will be more relaxed with no class incorporated anymore. These walks will be monthly and all year round. May,June and July are now added to the booking site.

BTP Club classes will now be only in the summer months May, June, July and August on Saturday evenings. These monthly sessions will be £10 and will heavily focus on one training subject so we can really deep dive and cover all of this subject. May,June and July are now added to the booking site.

Free enquiry phone calls have also been added to be booked every Sunday evening, for any questions to see if Beyond The Paw fits your dog’s needs.

Free WhatsApp Support will also remain for customers between sessions so we always know the training is moving in the right direction. ☺️🐾

This stunning girl had her first 1:1 today working on her lead walking and love to chase cars 🚗

She did absolutely amazing and is so intelligent, being underestimated and only being in her new home for a very short time, has meant there’s been no consistency in her life.

She has found the most amazing owners who want to understand and help her to be the best dog she can be and her training plan is in place!

It’s a good chance you’re getting the puppy devil biting because they are over tired, this is way more common then you think. We all get scratches and bruises from our puppies and they just don’t know when to stop. 🛑 This is a huge red flag for you to notice that they are over tired and over stimulated and just need a nap!
Pop them into a crate or pen to help them relax and fall asleep 😴
