Good morning everyone,

Just a reminder i am now fully booked until the 23rd december. I am also working long days and weekends just to fit everyone in before christmas and have all your babies looking and smelling fabulous. So unfortunatley i will now not be able to reschedual any appointments until in the new year.

Could i please politley ask all my customers to allow me 48hrs notice if you need to cancel your appointment so i can then offer the appointment to someone else. If it falls under the 48hr period i will then charge 50% of the groom price as a cancellation fee before any future appointments are booked.

Could i also ask for everyone to please arrive on time to their appointments as i have set time frames it takes each for each dog and i simply cannot afford to be running behind this time of year when im so so busy. If anyone is running late by 15 minuites or longer im sorry but the appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be charged.

72 dogs in 12 days i can do this 😂💪
