🚨🐾 Attention all groomers ! With Christmas just around the corner, it's important to check in on any strange behavior from your furry friends. If your customers dogs, are acting out of sorts, be sure to ask if they are using a new diffuser in their homes. 🐶❌
Please ensure that the essential oils being burned are not toxic for your pets. Here is a list of essential oils to avoid if you have dogs at home: Anise, Birch, Bitter Almond, Boldo, Calamus, Camphor, Cassia, Chenopodium, Cloves, Garlic, Goosefoot, Horseradish, Hyssop, Juniper, Mugwort, Mustard, Oregano, Pennyroyal, Red or White Thyme, Rue, Santolina, Sassafras, Savory, Tansy, Tea Tree Oil, Terebinth, Thuja, Wintergreen, Wormwood, Yarrow.
If in doubt, advise them to contact the vet immediately. It's always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to the health and safety of our beloved pets. 🐾💕 🎄✨

Canine Beauty Lounge Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Canine Beauty Lounge. I can assure that the utmost care will be taken to make your dog’s groom as comfortable, calm and pleasant as possible and to help me to maintain this assurance, I would be grateful if you could please read the following before attending your appointment.

*I do rely on your bookings for my livelihood, as such, please ensure that 48 hours’ notice is given if you are to cancel your appointment in order for me to attempt to fill that slot. I will reasonably expect charge of the full groom for my loss of earnings if the required notice is not given. Unfortunately this will also, understandably, apply to emergency cancellations due to illness etc.

*Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment. The groom will be cancelled if you arrive over 15 minutes late, as this has a knock on effect for all my appointments and you will reasonably be liable for full payment for my loss of earnings.

*Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment unless agreed at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, I do need lunch and toilet breaks. I would be grateful if you refrain from ringing the doorbell before 8.30am, as shift workers live in the house. I will be in the room for your allocated appointment time.

*Please do not delay collection, unless agreed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. I do need to concentrate my attention on my next dog, who may be nervous or unsociable. Charges of £5 after every 15 minutes will be applicable for late pick-ups.

*Payment to be made on completion of the service provided. I will need to take payment up front if I am repeatedly requesting payments from serial offenders. Sorry, I just don’t have the time for chasing up.

*Dogs that require a full clip off due to excessive matting, will be charged an extra £10 on top of your normal groom. Not only does matting cause discomfort to your dog, resulting in a difficult, lengthy, groom, it also causes excessive wear and tear to equipment. You will be advised accordingly if this is applicable.

*Please do not bring your dog if they have fleas (please check beforehand). You will be charged for the full groom if fleas are found during grooming and you will be offered the option of a flea treatment (if I have time available), for an extra £15, or to collect your dog immediately.

*In the unlikely event that there is any aspect of your groom that you are not happy with or believe there to be any injuries to your dog that I have not discussed with you on collection, please contact me within 24 hours of the groom with photographic evidence.
