Cat Care at Home with Carol

Not all cats like the cattery environment when you go away, I know from experience one of my three cats really stressed out in the cattery. Just over 12 months ago I decided to offer a cat sitting service for people who prefer their cats to stay at home when they go away.

Providing visits at home allows cats to keep their independence, for which they are renowned for. They can carry on with their own regular routine, for which again they are creatures of habit. Not all cats I visit come to greet me immediately but usually after a couple of visits their confidence builds and I get to engage with interaction. Once they find I am no threat to them and I am only there to be another one of their ‘minions’ to wait on them at their discretion they are happy >^..^

I take pride in providing a quality service where everyone involved is happy and content with the care provided. Having been a postwoman in Bolton for 27 years I always prided myself on being polite, helpful, friendly and always put customer satisfaction first. This is a trait I have carried over into my hobby job as a cat sitter.

I am looking forward to spending many years caring for cats of clients, whether regular clients or one offs. Cats are my absolute passion and will use my knowledge and experience to make a stay at home cat a happy and relaxing experience for all.
