What a whirlwind 2023 has been for my wee business. Thank you so much to those who gave me cards/gifts/tips for Christmas and for just keeping me so busy this past year in general. I really wouldn’t be here without you all and I’m so grateful you choose me to love and pamper your pups 🥺

Just a wee heads up, I’m still off on holiday until Monday incase anyone was planning on popping in the shop. I also managed to break my phone on Sunday, so if you’ve been trying to get in touch over the last few days I sincerely apologies 🙈 That’s me finally up and running again now so will get back to all messages asap. Hi folks,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to messages. Having a lot of issues with my phone at the minute so if you’ve text can you please messages the page. All messages will be answered when I’m back home tonight but please do bare with me as there’s a lot to get through 😅

Can I ask that you please always message my business page where possible. I’m currently receiving messages on all business & personal social media platforms, Whatsapp, calls & texts and I’m really struggling to keep up. I’m in the shop 6 days most weeks, working 10+ hours per day with no break, then coming home to try answer messages until I go to bed at night but to be honest some days I’m totally exhausted and it can be quite overwhelming. I’m also noticing more messages slipping through the net because I’m not getting notifications for WhatsApp and there’s been issues with my phone after getting a new one and trying to swap my number over.

However, I wouldn’t be in this position at all if weren’t for all my amazing clients and I am truly grateful for each and every one of you. I really can’t thank you all enough for your understanding, the continued custom and spreading the word 🫶🏻
