**Holiday & Cancellation Policy Reminder**

I will be on annual leave from Monday, 13th October to Friday, 17th October. If you require any additional walks either the week before or the week after, please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate.

As a reminder, in line with the terms and conditions, I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. All walks must be cancelled by 9:00am on the day prior to the booking. Cancellations made after this time will still be chargeable.

If you are thinking of a groomer, get in touch with Vicky! These spaces are rare and I had to wait for a space. She has been nothing but amazing with my old boy Cooper. He doesn’t even shake with fear when he is being groomed! 🐶

Due to the current high temperatures, I may need to shorten dog walks to ensure your dog’s health and safety. While fresh water is always provided during our walks, extreme heat can still pose a risk of overheating.

Please rest assured that your dog’s well-being is my highest priority, and any adjustments made are with their best interests in mind.
