*** JOB VACANCY ***
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who will be available Saturday’s & Sunday’s. And also for the occasional swap/cover.
~ This position would be every other Saturday & Sunday.
~ Age 15+.
~ we work split shifts, hours vary.
~ Minimum wage.
~ Must be able to make your own way to and from the premises. Please take note we are in a rural area.
Relevant Skills:
* Experience with dogs & cats of all breeds is preferred
* Have a keen interest in caring for animals
* Must be able to work alone & as part of a team (in busy periods) and under pressure
* Good communication skills
* Able to follow instructions accurately
* Trust worthy
* Enjoy working outdoors in all weather
Work will include:
* Keeping the kennels & Cattery, dogs and cats clean
* Exercising the dogs
* Greeting visitors to and from the premises
* Preparation of food and feeding the dogs and cats
* Administration of any medications required for the animals
