Weather better today! 2 extra crew members added last minute. Walks in Liphook and Dockenfield/Frensham, where we found a new part to walk that I have not been to ( without using the pay carpark!) Trev did a walk too with Stan and Gus.

Physio is very happy with the progress made over the past 4 weeks. No further appointments, a few more exercises to keep strengthening the ankle. It could take a number of months for it to feel 'normal'. 🥺
