I've had a couple of no shows and last minute cancellations this week ☹️🙁
This is not fair for me or customers that want an appointment especially as it is a busy time of year for me.🎄
I know it is a busy time of year for everyone but if you need to rearrange your appointment please give me plenty of notice and not on the day.
So just a quick reminder that any appointments that cancel on the day or no show will need to pay for the missed appointment before rebooking.
24 hours notice is needed if you wish to rearrange or cancel your appointment.
