It's only Thursday and I've lost £120 this week in no shows. I understand that things happen and mistakes are made but imagine losing around £500 a month from your wages a month.
It really isn't sustainable for a business and after the second time will result in a ban. This is my job that supports my family and keeps a roof over our heads.
Sorry to start an already miserable day with a rant 😔
