We have done an outcross mating between our Tamaskan, Quinn and our GSD cross (mal x Husky x akita) Zombie. The pups won't be registered, as there is a risk they won't look like Tamaskan in the slightest.
Zombies mum was a pure GSD, but his dad did have one blue eye and one brown, so really that's the main concern with the puppies, as some of Zombie's brothers & sisters also had odd coloured eyes. But Zoms dad was such a handsome fella and the mum was also so pretty and both with cracking personalities that we thought we'd give it a go. Zombie is a testament to his excellent breeding, he is intelligent and very eager to work for you (not Tamaskan like in the slightest, there is zero stubborness 😆). He loves my children and is the only dog my daughter has managed to train who will go through the tunnel (and even enjoy it) at agility.
Zombie has taken after the GSD in colouring, he has a heavier head than a Tamaskan, but his tail is straight. He is quite small for a male, being around or under the height of my female Tamaskan. His ears are not overly large for a GSD cross and consistent with Tam ears. I have no doubt that even if these pups come out patchy, with odd coloured eyes and curly tails, their personalities are going to win us all over even if their looks do not, which is exactly the reason for me throwing in a bit of GSD at this point.

This will be Quinn's final litter before retirement, and we will be keeping something to run on. This could also be Zombies final litter, only time will tell. I hope you enjoy them and find it as interesting as I will. Look out for puppy announcements in Dec. The price of these puppies will of course reflect their lack of registration.
