I have over 25 years of experience as a dog trainer and hold a diploma in Canine Training and Behaviour, working closely with dogs and specialist training techniques. I offer a no-nonsense approach if you are having a training and /or social issue with your dog. I specialise in working breeds but work with many breeds and have owned dogs my whole life.
I work very closely with you the dog owner, to help you understand how your dog thinks and what is required in each situation. My sessions are about giving you the confidence to manage and train your dog, setting appropriate boundaries and teaching behaviours that will ultimately give you a well-behaved dog who is a pleasure to be with. I will help you develop the best relationship possible with your dog to enable a lifetime of enjoyment and fun on both sides.
I would recommend an initial session, at your chosen location if preferred, where we assess the level and style of training required for your pet.
Areas that can be focused on include:
Lead walking and recall
Obedience
Socialisation
Home life - nipping, jumping etc.
Prices below are for one dog per session:
£50 initial consultation session and training (60 -75mins approx)
£35 standard training session after the first consultation with ongoing support in between if needed.
Mileage will be charged for distances of more than 10miles.
Other forms of training can be discussed on a case-by-case basis e.g. residential training for a period of time.
