When boarding with us, your dog’s safety and comfort always come first…

We know that being away from home can sometimes make dogs feel unsettled, anxious and often a little poorly. That’s why we go the extra mile, whether it’s sitting up with them throughout the night in our bed or curling up on the sofa with them so they never feel alone. We’ll always do what’s needed to keep them calm and cared for.

Sadly, it’s common for other home boarding businesses to switch their phones off for long periods overnight and in the morning, meaning owners can’t reach anyone in an emergency. To reassure our lovely clients - our phones are on 24/7, so if you ever need us, you can get through straight away - day and night!

When it comes to updates, we strike the right balance. We don’t want to ping your phone every hour and spoil your time away, but we’ll tailor updates to what makes you feel reassured, whether that’s a daily picture and a short message, or more frequent check-ins with daily videos if you or your pup needs a little extra TLC.

We make sure both dogs and their humans are cared for, so you can relax knowing we’re right there for you and your four-legged family members - always! ❤️

🚫 Important Update - Please Read 🚫

We want to say a huge thank you to all our wonderful customers for trusting us to care for your dogs as a part of our family. We love what we do, and we’re committed to providing the safest, happiest home environment possible.

As many of you know, there are two of us running this business together. This means that when your dogs are in our home, they are never left unsupervised, even in emergencies, there is always someone here making sure they’re safe, happy, and cared for like a part of our own family.

Recently, life has taken a new path for us as we made the decision to home educate our three children full time. This was not a choice we made lightly, but one we felt was the very best way to protect the mental health and wellbeing of our children. It’s been a truly positive step, giving us more time together and allowing our children to thrive, but it also means we no longer receive some of the support we once had, and our household costs are higher than before.

When you combine this with the rising costs of food, energy, insurance, and everything else that goes into providing a safe, loving boarding service, we’ve realised that we can no longer sustain our current prices.

Up until now, we’ve kept our daily boarding rate at £40, but unfortunately this is no longer sustainable. From the 1st January 2026, our new rate will be £45 per day.

We truly hope you understand why this change is necessary. We absolutely love every one of our customers, your support allows us to keep doing what we love most – caring for your dogs to the highest standard, but we simply cannot continue offering the level of care we provide at our current rates. We also understand that this increase may mean some families are unable to continue boarding with us, and while we would be very sad to lose you, we completely understand and respect that decision.

Thank you again for being part of our journey – we couldn’t do this without you, and we look forward to welcoming your dogs into our loving family home this year and next. ❤️

Better late than never! Our August Dog Of The Month goes to lovely little Teddy!! 🐶

Teddy was so good during his stay with us. His behaviour and manners were excellent, he always brought such energy to each day, but also knew his boundaries. He also gave the BEST bedtime snuggles ever! We can’t wait to see you again Ted! 🐻

✨ Happy International Dog’s Day! ✨

From the big to the small, the narrow to the wide, the goofy and the graceful (I’m looking at you Fanta!) the ones who wake us up with the zoomies at 6am and to those snoring loudly by our sides.
Raise The Woof has been blessed this past year with wagging tails, muddy paws, stolen socks (and occasionally pants) slobbery kisses - and we wouldn’t trade a single hair on the sofa for it!

To all the amazing pups who’ve been part of our story - thank you. You’ve given us laughter, joy, and more love than we ever thought possible. ❤️

Here’s to another year of belly rubs, ball chasing, being outsmarted by you all on the daily and pretending we don’t see you eating our grass 😉
