My cancellation policy is minimum of 24hrs notice, if you have not sent me a cancellation or spoken to me in person you will be charge a no show fee just like every other appointment based business. I am a small independent business doing my best to fit you all in when suits you best so please be respectful that if you are not going to make it that you please let me know. 15 minutes after your appointment is due to start isn’t giving me anytime to replace the slot I’m afraid. Your no show fee will be 50% of your groom price . Unfortunately I’ve had far to many no shows this year and feel as if I’m at a loss if I continue to not to enforce this policy. Thankyou all for your support xx

It’s the new year and Hollywoofs is back in full swing with a nice little repaint for a fresh clean start! It’s been lovely seeing everyone so far and catching up with all your Christmas antics 😂
Just to update you and any new customers I have on here I am currently fully booked till mid Feb and am usually booked at least a month ahead, please feel free to book your next few grooms sooner rather than later so you don’t miss out!
