These 6 Coton de Tulear (Barney, Diva, Emily, Flossy, Mylo & Peggy) were all in for a nurse appointment today. Within the bunch there is a mother, grand mother, father and daughter 🥺 all with the sweetest, funniest personalities.

Coton de tulear are a fairly rare breed these days so it was lovely to see this many in one go! Though there wasn’t much room to move 😂 ☁️

We would like to thank our wonderful clients who put in the time, money and effort to make up some lovely shoebox gifts for the animals at the Margaret Green Animal Rescue. We had a sneak peek into some of the boxes before sending them and were amazed at the kindness and effort that went into them! You’re all amazing! The animals will be chuffed with their treats and toys! 🥰

We would like to say a huge 'thank you' to the wonderful team at Natterjacks Vet & their amazing clients for kindly donating lots of goodies for our rescue animals!

These incredible gifts will make such a 'pawsitive' difference to our rescue residents, and help us to give them the happy festive season they truly deserve.

We are so grateful to everyone at Natterjacks Vet for all their continued kindness & support 💚

Jessie got her paws on two advent calendars!
The guilt was written all over this little monkeys face 😫🥺🍫

As she’s a small dog and managed to eat quite a bit of chocolate for her size, we decided to induce vomiting to be on the safe side.

It’s always safer to induce vomiting for your dog should they help themselves to your chocolate, as chocolate contains theobromine and caffeine, which can cause >

🍫Vomiting, which may include blood
🍫Diarrhea
🍫Increased thirst and urination
🍫Restlessness or hyperactivity
🍫Fast breathing or panting
🍫Increased heart rate or irregular heart rhythm
🍫Tremors or muscle rigidity
🍫Incoordination
🍫Seizures
🍫Fevers
🍫Renal (kidney) failure
🍫And some cases, it can be fatal

This vetsnow chocolate calculator is a helpful tool to work out just how urgent it is to get your dog to a vets within an hour or two of the event taking place.

Jessie forgave us immediately and even took part in a little Christmassy photo shoot with the girls after the deed was done 🤢😂

Remember to keep sweet treats out of the way of your furbabies 🥰
