Really impressed with this Nutri-Paw water additive, it’s reduced a lot on the build up on their teeth but I have also just gently picked off a lot of plaque so easily with rosewood dental sticks and my little scraper (for awkward bits but obviously have to be careful of enamel and gums). I have been slacking on the Emmi-pet toothbrush as just haven’t had the time as that’s a super effective toothbrush designed for dogs but takes time with every dog.

As an ambassador if anyone would like 10% off of this product (or any of the others) please use NAT10 coupon

Kasper is 12 years old, Kida is 9 (she’s always had tooth staining) Perri is almost 9, Paige is 7 and Winnie is 6, of course Wanda had very little build up of plaque but naturally poodles have a bit of buildup on the back teeth due to the shape of their muzzles (photos in order)

Hello everyone,

I’ve had a few inquiries as to whether I’m back to grooming yet and I wanted to post an update but also say that I really do appreciate my loyal customers especially those that are still wanting to come back after such a long time.

I thought I would do an update for everyone as I’ve replied to a few who’ve asked individually about my surgery. I have finally had the surgery I have waited so long for after my injury that occurred in lockdown.
I had expected a couple of ligaments to be the issue and only keyhole surgery required however it turned out to be far worse, apparently all the ligaments both sides of my ankle needed some kind of repair and reconstruction as well as an internal brace fitted into the bone to stop any further issues and for much needed stability.

I will be in the cast for a couple of weeks to limit any movement and the boot afterward for probably a long time too. It maybe a long road to recovery with lots of physical therapy but I really do hope I’ll get back to grooming all your wonderful dogs. I have missed them so much! I also want to say again just how much I appreciate all my loyal customers checking up on me via text, wanting to come back as soon as I am able, truly feel the love there 🥰

Kind regards,

Nat

🎉 I am now officially an Ambassador for Nutri-paw! 🎉

So I wanted to talk a little about the calming treats.

I’ve tried all sorts of calming treats, supplements and remedies for my girl Paige after she was spooked as a puppy and then spooked during covid. She was stressed and anxious and would bark at everything, anything and nothing. These treats really helped calm her within days. Then with accompanying training I was able to change her emotional response to things she feared and she’s turning into a new dog, the dog she should have been all along. I can now also walk her without my ears bleeding!

I love that these have more calming additives than any others and shows they work but most importantly, they’re all natural ingredients too. The pot of treats may look expensive but it’s truly worth it, even with one treat a day the pot can last 4 months depending on the size of your dog.

So if you want 10% off use my ambassador code it’s NAT10
I don’t get paid but I do get store credit so buy using my code so you can also treat my dogs 🤣

While I’m not working as a groomer for the time being, I am enjoying my time to create some more artwork. Of course, my favourite topic has and always will be animals 🥰
Here’s a few from the start of my new series!

I’ve been saying this for years, most are flea treatments not even a preventatives, they’re a dose of pesticides. I will only use a flea treatment when there is an issue to treat, the whole premise of using pesticide ‘treatment’ as a preventative is baffling to me. There are ways to prevent getting fleas without dosing with pesticides every month.

Before going out for a hike, most people put on bug spray to repel insects and AVOID being bitten in the first place. So why don’t we do the same for our dogs and cats?

These chemicals do NOT REPEL! They do NOT PREVENT your animal from being bitten.

Honestly, I find the natural products work better and I don't have to worry about potential severe adverse reactions.
