Our 2025 online virtual dog show is NOW OPEN ~ and closes on Sunday 23rd February at midnight for photo submission entries.

There are 10 classes for dogs ~ plus a special class for the cat/s in your life! 🐱
Rosettes for places 1st to 8th in each class 🎉🎉
Entry is £2 per class. You can enter as many classes as you would like so long as your pet/photo fits the class description.

Classes are as follows:

1 ♥️ Prettiest girl
2 ♥️ Most handsome boy
3 ♥️ Golden Oldie (9 years plus)
4 ♥️ Best Rescue
5 ♥️ Prettiest Multi-Coloured Dog
6 ♥️ Best dog family (2 or more dogs - no humans)
7 ♥️ My Valentine (dog and best friend together - animal or
human)
8 ♥️ My Holiday Snap (dogs only - no humans)
9 ♥️ Funniest Dog Photo
10♥️ Sleeping beauty
11♥️ Favourite feline (up to 2 cats)

Entry details:
Please submit your photos via email stating the following:
➡️Which class you are entering
➡️Your pets name
➡️Your pets age for the Golden Oldie class
➡️Attach your pets photo!!

Please make sure your photos are as clear as possible. Remember that we will be sharing the entered photos and winner on our social media pages so please NO people in the photos other than My Valentine.

The event is pinned to the top of our page for ease of finding the information ~ you can invite friends and family to enter their pets too!!

We support animal welfare groups throughout Greece, help to improve shelters, run sterilisation programmes, raise funds for food & veterinary care, and help to find homes for Greek dogs & cats.

Happy birthday to the nutty Ned, who is 3 today. He is joined on the couch by Franki, Fitz, Neds sister Lotte, Skye, Maverick and Luna. A notorious food thief Ned was such a good boy to not steal any sausages whilst I took the photos, well done birthday boy. He is a real character, often up to mischief, but a beautiful soul 💖 Happy birthday gorgeous ### 🎊🎂🐶🐾

Received these from Waggy Tails to say thank you to all who donated money or food/treats for their Christmas appeal. I love that they have used the photo of all goods collected on the bottom of the poster. I have since been given more food and a cheque for £20 for them , so thank you to everyone for their generosity xx 🐶🐾💕💕💕

FINAL TOTAL - I collected a further £106 this week from my lovely clients, & friends, bringing the total for our charity walk to an incredible £595 !
I have rounded this up to £600 and banked for the Friends of the Strays of Greece. Thank you so much to all the kind people who donated and were so generous, whether you walked or not, I really appreciate your support & kindness xx 🐾🐶🐾❤️

Not a very big turnout on our charity walk today, but so many friends and clients kindly donated anyway, therefore we have a total of £489 raised so far for the stray animals, with a couple of promises still to come 🙏🤞 Thank you to all who came along for the walk, and to those who have donated instead xx 🐶🐾❤️

Dry forecast for our charity walk tomorrow so please join us, whether you know any of us, or not, we are a friendly bunch 😁 and all love dogs ❤️. You don’t need to have a dog, you can share ours ; if you have a friendly dog we would love to meet them ; rescue or not it doesn’t matter; you don’t need to walk far, entirely up to you what route you take, or how far you go ; please join us about 11.45/11.50am and donate to help the dogs & cats in need, and we will get a group photo before we set off about noon. One week to go to this years charity walk , please come and join us. The long range weather forecast is looking dry 🙏 so hopefully we will see lots of you with your gorgeous dogs, walk as little or long as you like, but come and help us raise funds for the Friends of the Strays of Greece, we ask for a donation of £4 per dog if you can, but feel free to give as little or more, as you can. Meeting just before noon next Sunday 12th, on the grass in front of the Hiker cafe, where we will get a group photo and then head of on a walk. You can walk whichever way you want, but we are a friendly bunch so tag along with us if you like, you will be more than welcome x 😁🐶🐾🩷

My charity walk has got off to an amazing start with a £200 donation from the generous Chloe Chai, who has previously been as generous in other years, as she now lives in London, so difficult to join us in person. However this year it is in memory of her beautiful dog Gizmo who unexpectedly passed in October 😢💔 Everyone who knew Gizmo loved him, he was so popular at my Dog Creche, with both my friends and the other dogs, and I loved looking after him. My heart goes out to Chloe who is still broken hearted, but he will be in our hearts forever 🩷 Thank you for thinking of us Chloe, and your amazing support xx

Thank you to everyone who donated to my collection for Waggy Tails Rescue Dorset , this is what I delivered today, a whole boot full, plus £70 cash, and a new Hydro flask they can use as a raffle prize. Thank you so much everyone 💗. If anyone still wants to donate it's not too late, as I still have some to pick up from New Milton, and a couple of promises, so I will be doing another delivery soon xx

A joint birthday today for Beau who was 4 last week, and Digby who was 10 last Saturday, they were joined by Charlie, Buddy and Maverick. Both are beautiful boys and were happy to share their party, lots of love and birthday wishes to you both 🎉🎂🫘🐶🐾❤️❤️❤️❤️ ###

Does anyone fancy a coach day trip to London on Friday 29th November, with an optional tour of the Houses of Parliament (usually £30) if you like? My Caring Canine trip was full, but 2 people have had to cancel, due to a funeral on that date. Coach leaves Bournemouth 9am, and London 7pm, so even if doing the H of P tour at 4.30pm, there is time for Christmas shopping or sightseeing. £25 return, per person. Party for handsome Fitz who will be 10 on Friday. We were at Lindys this afternoon so just Digby, Maverick and Luna on the couch with Fitz, but Lotte, Ned & Skye joined in and shared the sausages and cake too. Fitz has the most beautiful nature, so kind & gentle with all the dogs, and people too, Happy Birthday gorgeous boy 🎊🎂🎉🐾❤️💝 ###
