PRETÀPAWTER founder, Lyn Patmore was born on the lovely South Coast of England and despite moving around the UK during her career, she couldn't resist the allure of her home town of Bournemouth, where she is lucky enough to live again now.
It was whilst walking along Dorset's glorious coastline, observing dog walkers grappling with their necessary paraphenalia, from p**p bags to mobile phones and dog treats to keys, that inspired Lyn to develop the concept of a genius dog bag. It seemed apparent that there was a gap in the market for a new generation of dog bag that could cater for all dog walkers needs, whilst at the same time adding to their style credentials.
With that seed sown, Lyn conducted formal market research among dog walkers about their dog walking 'pet hates'. She then used their unanimous wish list to design and create her unique, uber-clever and unisex bags that put the va-va voom back into the humble dog walk.
Using her passion for fashion and her love of dogs, Lyn has created a hard-to-resist range of bags that literally tick all the necessary boxes when it comes to walking a dog. Not only do they pack a punch visually, these fashion-forward bags are waterproof, have a wipeable treat pocket, a mini torch and a shoulder strap that doubles as an emergency lead, as well as numerous little compartments to keep all your necessaries separate and a handy clip to attach keys or a full p**p bag to.
