Here are some ways you can support small this month – I'd love you all to share this post with at least one other way people could support smalls this April.

☕️ Opt for an independent coffee shop instead of a chain

🥕 Pick up your veggies from your local greengrocer (they still have an amazing selection and when you shop seasonally you can get a fantastic bargain)

🎁 Buy your friend's birthday gift or card from a small business

Good Morning April 🤗 - Spring has officially begun at PÀP HQ and I’d like to introduce you to a new line of doggie accessories that I’ve been working on over the past couple of months and will soon be available both on line and at the amazing events that I’ll be attending during 2023. These are gorgeous Liberty fabric and co-ordinating velvet ‘sailor ‘ bow ties that attach to both a collar or harness. Liberty fabrics are quintessentially British 🇬🇧and with the forthcoming coronation of King Charles I felt a sense of tradition and history was needed in PRETÀPAWTER’s lovingly handmade retail space 🐶. I can’t wait to reveal the entire Liberty collection to you ❤️💜💙🧡💛💚

We are delighted to announce that the museum is collaborating with The Little Craft Shack to bring you a two week Christmas Fayre in our main gallery. From Friday 9 December to Friday 23 December, you can pop in and browse the wide selection of crafts from skilled local makers. Perfect for picking up a last minute Christmas gift, or something special for yourself. Our cafe and Gardens will also be open, and we have visiting local choirs performing in the Courtyard on Saturday 10 and Saturday 17 December, 3pm. More info to follow.
No need to book, just turn up.

She was such an amazing ambassador for over 70 years in so many different roles - least not a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, dog lover, horse lover and a truly loyal monarch to all of her citizens-

PÀP is all collared up and excited to be at the special 75th Anniversary Ellingham Show this coming weekend. I’ve been busy creating lots of new collars for your doggies….. did you know that they can all be washed at 30 degrees in your washing machine and they won’t loose their pattern or colour🤩🐕‍🦺🦮 (the collars that is, not your doggies🤣). So darned cute💕. These matching collars, detachable corsages 🌸and p**p bag dispenser were made to order for a Frenchie , a Bulldog and their human mum😍. I’m sure the sisters will turn a few heads when they’re out strutting their stuff 🐶🐾. The ribbons I select to create my collars are woven which will mean that they are not only durable, even after a muddy rough and tumble session followed by a 30 degree wash 🧼 in a washing machine, they will come out looking like new and with no pattern loss, but are highly desirable too🤩. DM to find out about the gorgeous collars and interchangeable corsages.

Sorry it’s been a while since posting, but all of you lovely people have been keeping me very busy with your orders, plus I’ve been designing and creating a new pawsome 🐾 collection for PÀP 🐶. They’re called ‘Dog Sitters as they stay put in any place you put them or hang them from🤣. With Mothers Day looming and Easter 🐣 just around the corner, I thought they would make ideal gifts for your amazing mums and friends. They can be sold as a set or individually and should you want them made in any other colour/s I’d of course love to make them for you. Should you want them customised with a dog’s name then I can do that too. I hope you like my ‘sitters’ as much as I do😍.
