Tiggers'R'Us Ragdolls

Yesterday we attended the Felis Britannica Winners show and were accompanied by TiggersRus Phoenix and TiggersRus Snickerdoodle.

Phoenix aka NooNoo had some lovely comments and gained her certificate towards her Grand International Championship status but sadly lost out on a nomination to a lovely girl who went on to become best in show.

Snickerdoodle aka Bug (short for love bug) also had some lovely comments by the same judge who awarded Bug her final certificate needed to make her a Junior Champion, She will now be moving on up in to the adult class for her next outing but as her final show as a Junior she was also nominated for best in show. The format has slightly changed this year so instead of it being all juniors and all kittens they are split by sexes, so her final show results for best in show was best female junior, best junior overall and then went on to face a lovely kitten for best of junior/kitten which she also won.

We want to thank Felis Britannica for hosting a lovely show with fantastic judges, a great atmosphere with all the exhibitors and a huge massive well done to the show committee for putting it all on for us.

So after our announcement 2 weeks ago I sort of went offline. Thank you to all our wonderful friends out there for your messages, sorry I haven’t replied to anyone but there has just been so many and I haven’t been in the correct head space to deal with it all. Please be reassured Nick, the kids and I are all absolutely fine we have just decided to scale it all down and take a break. I will be putting up some pictures later today of the cats we are looking for new homes for. 😊

Due to a change in our circumstances we are not likely to be carrying on breeding in the future. This means we will be looking for new homes for a number of our cats. If you are interested in giving a home to an adult Ragdoll please get in touch for more information of who will be available.
An adoption fee will be applicable.

So this weekend we set off to the Strictly cat club show in leatherhead

We didn’t have any work to do at the show so we had a very chilled day with our 4 fur babies

Our first girl on the bench was Phoenix (nixxy) who gained her certificate which now makes her an International Champion where she also took a Best in Variety which is where you have to beat at least 2 other cats if the same colour, she then went against some really beautiful competition to become the judges top Ragdoll, there were 2 best in shows that she was up for and in the Ragdoll special she came very close to winning but alas came second to a stunning boy, in the main best in show however she was best adult female, nixxy will be taking a break from showing to persue some motherly duties in the near future.

On a side note we did also enter her in to a side class where she went up against another Ragdoll, a Norwegian forest cat and 2 sacred birmans for the judge to decide which of the queens he liked the most and she walked away with a first place in the side class too

Our second baby on the bench was Persephone who had some very strong competition in her colour class and was awarded 2nd place just narrowly missing out on becoming our first Junior Champion and was beaten for nomination.

Third up for us was our neuter girl Amren (baby ren to us) she happily jumped on to the judges table and gained her certificate pushing her ever closer to Grand International Premier, she also came 2nd as judges top overall Ragdoll on his table but was still nominated for best in show where she was awarded top neuter female and best neuter overall.

Our last on the bench was her cousin Lally who did gain her last certificate needed to make her a Junior Champion but much like Persephone she was also beaten to the nomination.

We will be bringing some of these babies back out in May at the Garden of England show in moulton and would love to see you all there

Well Puds babies are getting big!! And are so terribly naughty 😹♥️😹 we are keeping Netta (Viennetta)and Bug (Snickerdoodle) and the other 5 all have wonderful homes waiting for them when they are old enough to leave us😻
