Hello everyone!

I’m pleased to announce that from 1st October I will be officially back to work! I am only going to be working a couple of days a week to start with. The days and times I will be working are:
Monday - 2pm
Tuesday evening - 5.30pm
Every other Saturday - 9am + 11am

I will still NOT be mobile for the time being. I will be working from home (still in the van) at my new house in Crowthorne.

As always I will have my yearly price increase in October. All services will go up by £3.

Message me now to book in! Appointments will fill up fast! Can’t wait to see all my four legged clients again 🥰

I’m very proud to announce that on Sunday 17th March our beautiful baby boy was born via water birth. Weighing a teeny 7lbs exactly, David Patrick Samuel Alderman made a very speedy appearance into this world at 20.08 🩵 The most chilled, gorgeous little human ever and we’re both absolutely besotted with him!

My labour was 12hrs start to finish and was the most magical and beautiful experience of my life. Everyone doubted everything about a homebirth because in most peoples eyes babies should be born in hospital. This is not what myself and Dave wanted and I would never change my homebirth experience for anything! The midwives are all incredible, plus having my mum, sister and Dave there was just amazing. Active labour was 4hrs and he arrived in 20 minutes, 3 ‘pushes’ and only gas and air for the last 2hrs of labour. I’m so proud of myself and can’t believe he’s here and I did it! Since I found out I was pregnant I’ve had the numbers 7 and 10 in my head for everything. Lockers at swimming just happened to have the numbers, tables we got seated at, I knew it wasn’t just a coincidence. I knew when he was coming and low and behold he arrived on the 17th weighing exactly 7lbs - a truly perfect angel baby ✨

He’s our absolute world already, we’re so happy 🩵

And for anyone wondering, Miffy slept on her bed in the same room for the entire time. She got up and licked my hand once when I got into the pool but that was it! She obviously knew I could handle it and was safe 🥰

As of this Friday (16th February) I will officially be on maternity leave! Only 4 weeks until I get to meet my baby boy 🩵

As promised, below are recommendations for groomers whilst I am away. I am planning on coming back September/October time so keep an eye out on here to see exact dates! I don’t have any mobile groomer (in a van) recommendations I’m afraid, I will only ever recommend groomers with the same standards of grooming and care that I have. I know these ladies will treat your babies the same that I always have 🩷

Today I dragged my pregnant butt and lazy dog to one last grooming competition before baby boy arrives 🩵 Let’s just say that being over 7months pregnant with severe back pain was a challenge for such a long day! Sadly no placing for us today (I wasn’t expecting one as the class was huge! Only went for a bit of fun). Miffy and myself are knackered and tucked up in bed now 🐾

Thank you to our judge Emma Darlington for being as lovely as ever and for the feedback!

And a massive thank you to my amazing boyfriend David. Without you I don’t think I would’ve made it through the day 😂 Thanks for doing everything for me and Miffy today….apart from the actual groom 🤪✂️

Congratulations to all those who placed today! The bar is set so high and it’s amazing to see ✂️🩷
