Well it’s been a very busy weekend! Wet walks, games in the garden & some pet sitting too! Guests coming and going at the HappyDogs hotel 🏨 We are hopeful the weather does improve for us all soon 🙏🐶

There is new measures coming into place for professional Dog walkers using the Crown Eatates very soon. I will update with more information on this once we have all the facts, but for now here is some food for thought for you all.

HappyDogs does mostly walk smaller groups of 4 dogs a time so there is not a massive change for us. There are a couple of walks a week where we have 5 and this will now need to be reduced to 4 to keep within the new rules. We will also need to buy a permit to walk dogs in Swinley Forest once the changes come into place. It is a tough time for many local dog walkers right now, who have to make some much bigger changes. And changes always have an impact on services and costs. Once we have all the information in our hands we will be in touch if we need to make any changes ourselves.
