This weekend, we had the pleasure of looking after some wonderful furry and feathered friends!

Polly and Bobby, the chatty African Greys, kept us entertained, while Elsa, the sweetest little cat, enjoyed her cuddles. Pauline and Doreen, the adorable bunny duo, and Rosie, the lovable Ridgeback cross, were a joy to care for!

Meet Sooty and Sweep, Matt’s beloved boys! He’s had them since they were tiny kittens after rescuing their stray mama, who surprised him by giving birth under his bed! 🥰

Sweep is quite timid and shy whilst Sooty is all for cuddles. We often find them snuggling together on the bed. 💛🐾

Hello and a big welcome to all our new followers! We’re Betty and Matty, the animal-loving duo behind The Doolittle’s.

Our love for animals began in childhood, growing up on farms surrounded by all kinds of furry and feathery friends. That passion led us to study animal care at college, where we first met, before continuing our studies at university.

Now, while caring for our own cats, horses, goats, chickens, and sheep, we’re also here to look after your beloved pets! Whether it’s dog walking, pet sitting, or just some extra TLC, we’d love to help.

🐾 Our First Dog Day Adventure! 🐾

What a day to remember! Our incredible journey with Joyce took us up the snowy peaks of Ingleborough, and it was pure magic from start to finish! ❄️

We picked Joyce up at 9am and returned her home at 6pm, after an action-packed day full of fun, fresh air, and snowy adventures. She lead the way with unstoppable energy and leaving us slow coaches in her dust! 🐕

A huge thank you to Joyce's wonderful humans for trusting us to give your girl such a special day. We're so thrilled she loved her big adventure!

It might be 'frozen' outside, but the animals still need feeding, mucking out, and plenty of attention and we're more than happy to do it no matter the weather!

Although… poor Stanley wasn’t quite as keen. These little legs weren’t made for snowdrifts!

The Golden Girl🐾 Sally is always a pleasure to look after and we certainly made sure she had lots of fun with us while her humans went away this summer 🌞 From nose diving in to muddy puddles to wild swimming with us, I don't know who and more fun us or Salster! 🥰
