Life on the road 🛣️ We’ve got 3 wolf vans that roam around Yorkahire, Lancashire and the North West as well as North East weekly.

We plan out routes the day before which is why preorders close at 12noon the day before your delivery is due. This allows us to carefully plan the route, pick all the orders and load them into the van the night before.

But won’t they defrost?
All our vans are ice cream spec which means we could transport ice cream round… now there’s an idea 💡 so they are set to -18 we plug them in over night and will hold that temperature all day whilst delivering.

We pick all the orders into trays like the supermarkets use, meaning if you’re in you don’t have any extra packaging to recycle or store. If you’re not in, we carry poly boxes on board which we can leave your order in, or others prefer to leave us bags and boxes of their own to use.

Our drivers will even put your order away in the your freezer, you might want it lifting into the kitchen or leaving by the garage, not a problem, just leave us delivery instructions and we can leave it where you ask.

Now if that’s not enough of an excuse to move to Yorkshire… you’ll also receive a notification the day before with a 1 hour time slot, followed by a live tracker on the day of delivery. Keeping you notified when we are one stop away and then when we arrive and leave, we even have the option to take a picture of where we’ve left it so you can see too 🥰

We hope all of this takes as much stress away from receiving a delivery as possible, as let’s face it, we’ve all got other things to do 🥰😉
