💦Ever wondered what happens at the groomers?
✂️Look HOW MUCH HAIR!! ✂️
If you see all the work that goes in to professionally grooming your dog you’ll see just how much dead hair is trapped in your dogs coat.
This could be in your house! Grooming your dog in between grooms should be an essential part of your daily routine. Your dog will feel better to remove some of that undercoat and it won’t be so bad at home either!
Thankyou so much Kim @smartdog_grooming
🥰Your dog will thank you for it! 🥰
A regular routine is good for your dog. Going to work and or leaving them home alone for a short period of time is actually vital for your dogs well being.
It allows them time to fully rest and relax quietly without any distractions of the house. It’s their ‘alone’ time and essentially needs to be introduced at an early age to teach them to relax.
It’s also an essential lesson for a dog to learn that it’s ok to be alone.
So next time you feel guilty at leaving your dog home - don’t!! They are happy to have that relaxation time!!
Is your doggy chilly in the house? 🥶❄️
Over the past week or so, I’ve had a few conversations with my dog walking clients about their dogs being chilly in the house. With the heating not being on as much, we’re all cutting back and keeping warm in other ways. But what about the pooch?
Is your dog feeling chilly? I’d love to know if this is something you’re battling and what your dog breed is?
