Hello all hope you're well!!

October is booking fast already so thank you so much everyone as always it means a lot 🥰 unfortunately I've decided not to take any new customers on now until at least new year, this is so all my current customers will get the Christmas appointments they need 🎄

Apologies for any inconvenience to newcomers to the page, I hope to meet your doggies in the future but I would rather give good quality service instead of over booking 💖

Late post but I am grooming tomorrow and just wanted to share a quick message: I'm going to be really conscious about the heat tomorrow. Please please please do not be walking your dogs on hot pavements to me (check with the back of your hand), make sure they're properly hydrated and be mindful of when they are in the cars - Aircon on and windows down please! It's far too easy for a dog to become poorly with heat stroke in no time at all. Last minute cancellations will be absolutely fine due to the heat I won't be questioning anyone. I, too reserve the right to cancel last minute if I'm getting concerned! Last thing I want to do is let anyone down but I won't work when it's dangerous for the doggies! If your dog comes and is over-panting I will turn them away and probably recommend you take them to the vet and if I take them in and become concerned at any point I will be stopping! Sorry for the sombre message, I just don't want to take any risks - I do hope you understand! ❤️

Hello all I would like to wish you a happy new year!!!

I have some unfortunate news - due to a burst radiator pipe in the bathroom I am not able to groom dogs safely at this time. Cloud Canine will not be trading as normal for a temporary period. I will let you know as soon as I do when I will be able to continue working. So sorry to cancel premade appointments but there is a hole in the floor and it simply isn't safe.

I'll be in touch ASAP!

Just wanted to make a quick announcement:

🐶🐶🐶 I will not be taking on any new clients at this time due to lack of availability 🐶🐶🐶

This is not a decision I have taken lightly, and I do apologize to anyone that has not had the chance to book. I just have very little free time and if I get to the point where I can't see my regular customers who've stuck with me for years then I won't be running the kind business I want too.

Good afternoon my fellow doggy lovers!

Just want to fire 3 quick updates at you

🐾 I have made the decision to temporarily stop taking on new clients, and will review this before the start of June. I want my regulars/pre-existing clients to have the opportunity to get groomed in a good time frame and am struggling to fit everyone in, I promise I haven't made this decision lightly (apologies to any new comers to the page)

🐾 My phone number 07469196550 is working fine now, I've had problems with it for a while and I do apologize to anyone that has been inconvenienced by this.

🐾 I have a 2 minute survey for people to complete to help me improve my services - you don't have to have been with Cloud Canine to fill it out! I really appreciate all responses it will help inform me on future business decisions.
