Polite reminder of our cancellation policy

‼️Polite notice to all customers‼️
We are currently very busy and have had to shut our diary to new customers at the moment.
If you do need to make a cancellation then please give us at least 24hrs so we can give the lesson to someone waiting. If it is less that 24hrs notice then you will need to pay no matter what the reason is. We are turning other people away and we still have horses to feed and staff to pay if you can’t make it or don’t show up. Thank you for understanding 🙏🏼

Please can all our customers who pay by bank transfer make sure they write down the reference with the name of the RIDER AND TIME OF LESSON
we find it very hard when the reference says riding and the parents name is different from the child if you paid today please let us know who you paid for because we have 4 people with no rider name or time
