🐶 GROOMING CLIENTS 🐶

☹️No- Shows☹️

Please can we ask if you can't make your grooming appointment, please message Sam either on here or by text before 7am on the day of your appointment or the day before. This gives Sam chance to offer the appointment to another client
We have had several no-shows recently .
Any no-shows will be charged a £15 no-show fee payable before any other appointment can be made.

From the 1st of April 2025, all new clients will have to pay a £15 non refundable booking fee. This will then be deducted from your total grooming price.
This will need to be paid at the time of your booking either by bank transfer or by dropping off the cash the day the appointment is made.

🎀🐶The bows are back 🎀🐶

The complementary bows for our grooming customers are back.
They are hand-made by Sam and are designed to go on your dog's collar or suitable harness ( there isn't always somewhere on a harness to place a bow).
They are not for putting in your dog's hair and are designed to break off after 2 or 3 weeks or snap if your dog was to get its paw stuck.
The patterns on the ribbon are completely random.
If you don't want one, that's ok. Just let Sam know when you drop your dog off

🐶 GROOMING UPDATE 🐶
I will be back grooming from Tuesday 4th February.
I will only be grooming a couple of dogs each day for the next few days or so, and then, hopefully, I can get back to normal days and appointments.
I will still need Davids help with the big /heavy dogs, so I may have to rearrange your appointments for when David is around to help .
If you have a booked appointment next week, they will still go ahead unless I contact you.
I will contact all those of you who have missed an appointment and can't wait for your next booked one over the next couple of days. Please bear with me as I have a long list of clients to contact.

🐶 UPDATE FOR OUR GROOMING CLIENTS 🐶

I was hoping to be able to groom some dogs this week, but I'm still in a lot of pain/discomfort, so I won't be able to groom this week either.
I am hoping to be back at work next week.
I will need to move some clients with large or heavy dogs, as I will need David around to help me lift them onto the table and into the bath, etc.
If your dog has been booked in whilst I've been closed, I will be in contact next week to rearrange your missed appointment.
If your dog is on a monthly appointment and can wait until their next appointment ,I can change it to a full groom instead of a bath. That will help me out a lot.
I also understand if you haven't been able to wait for your appointment .
Please can you let me know if you can wait or if you have already had your pet groomed.
Hopefully, I will see you all back from next week
As I'm not grooming, I've added a cute photo of one of our cats Oliver with his favourite toy that he takes everywhere

🐶ACCIDENT UPDATE🐶
Just a little update for our grooming clients.
Sam is still in pain, so it looks like she won't be able to groom dog's next week either.
Thank you to all our clients who have sent get well messages.Hopefully, we will have a better update in a few days time for you all

🐶 IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR OUR GROOMING CLIENTS 🐶

Sam had an accident yesterday (saturday) and fell down the stairs at home.
Unfortunately, she had broken and squashed one of the bones in her lower back.
She will have to cancel all grooming appointments for the at least the next week, maybe two
She will be in touch with all clients by message over the next couple of days

Just a quick update on the roads by us, our road is still quite bad, and it's very icy this morning.
If you have an appointment today, please be really careful. It would be safer to park on the main road and walk around.
If you would prefer to rearrange your appointment, just send Sam a quick message.
