WE LOVE FEEDBACK :)

2024 is a new year and with that we like changes to improve service where we can.

As a company we love to give time to each of the grooms, we don't run on a 'lets get them in and out' service.
We do this for the dogs welfare and to have a much more enjoyable experience, however it doesn't mean we can't if needed.

A HUGE thank you to every single one of you who bring your pooches to us we absolutely love having them!

And a huge thank you to these two 😂🤩
Antonia and Sian for absolutely smashing this week with 30 dogs in, it's been one hell of a year for Antonia coming in all paws blazing at the start of the year and taking the lead also Sian our little superstar came in as work experience and we love having her back every time :) watch this space 2024!

We also had a new system come onboard this year for booking and reminder messages and so much more which helped out massively for everyone hopefully! Thank you to our tech specialist Dale Silcock !
