Today we lost our Gorgeous Alfie. He was seventeen years old and had never been poorly. We are devestated. I have shed a tear for all the beautiful dogs that I've have groomed over the years and have passed away. I have shared your grief for them. We feel broken right now and can't imagine the grooming salon with out him being there. Sleep tight our special boy. We will miss you for ever.

🐕A polite notice🐩

Please don't arrive before your appointment time (unless by prior arrangement).
1. Your dog expects our attention when they arrive (and rightly so) but we can't do this when we are busy with the other dogs. This can upset your dog and make them stressful.
2. When you arrive early this can upset the dogs we are working on making it difficult to finish their groom.
Although we are a busy salon, we try to time everything perfectly to minimise any disruptions that may disturb and upset some dogs.
Some dogs are chilled and relaxed the whole time and some dogs are very nervous and get stressed very easily.
Please help us to help your dogs have a nice time when they visit us.
Please, also don't call in to check if your dog is ready. This really does stress your dog out when you walk in and then out again. This makes it difficult to finish their groom.
If we haven't contacted you then your dog is not ready. Please ring if you are unsure or need a finish time.
