I give some time back to essex & herts air ambulance. ehaat_ Essex & Herts Air Ambulance

Such an incredible cause and I’ve met some lovely friends through my time volunteering and attended some amazing events!

This morning I was helping to setup at The countess of Warwick show

It’s a 2 day event so you can visit on bank holiday Monday. Based in little Easton near Dunmow.

You never know when you might need that air ambulance so please support them where you can 🚁💛❤️

I just wanted to pop a little post of appreciation on here for Aaron at easy care blinds!

This is the 2nd house I’ve used him for blinds and shutters.

He is always on time when he books an appointment, service was so quick and easy, reasonably priced, cleaned up after and removes all rubbish.

The blinds are great quality I’m so impressed!

He likes animals which is bonus too for me! 😂😂

Honestly can’t recommend enough!

☀️HEATSTROKE KILLS DOGS☀️

Every single year, Vets treat hundreds of heat stroke cases and, heartbreakingly, some end in tragedy 💔

Many are unfortunately a result of dogs getting exercised between 8am and 8pm when temperatures can be at their peak 🚫

With the temperatures heating up, it’s critical to know when it’s too hot for your dogs. Heat-related illnesses are almost always preventable.

MISSING WALKS DUE TO THE HEAT WONT HARM YOUR DOGS!

DONT TAKE THE RISK and make sure your pet isn’t overheating!

If you think your dog may be suffering from heat stroke, contact your vet immediately or, if out-of-hours, find your nearest emergency vet.
