What do you all know about microchipping?? Are your cats microchipped? Would you be extremely upset if your cat went for a walkabout and wasn’t able to be traced back to you?? At Kitty Comforts we are in full support of microchipping our furry feline friend (and small furries too!) we are currently in discussion with a mobile microchipper and considering offering it as a service at the cattery - what are your thoughts? Please let me know

Please ensure you have treated your furry feline friends with a flea and worm treatment prior to their stay, if we see the initial tell tail signs of flea dirt then we will request a treatment - either your friend/neighbour/family member has to bring in a suitable treatment or we take your furry feline to the vet for treatment (an invoice you will receive on your return, which will include our travel time, vet consultation fee and treatment)

Thank you to the customers that have bought from our wish list... it means so much to know we have support, our latest gift was some new toys - something we use on a daily basis to make sure our furry friends have plenty of interaction.
Many times we have been given thank you gifts for looking after your furry friends, we love receiving gifts, however, we absolutely love what we do and we would love for our guests to benefit rather than us, so we are in the process of developing an Amazon wish list, we have made a start and will be adding items that we think will benefit the cattery and make your furry friends stay even more comfortable, thank you from the bottom or our hearts and we look forward to seeing you all soon

Kitten update - so today we believe the kittens are 6 weeks old and under guidance from our veterinary surgery they are going to their new home - they will be staying together which is so lovely and I’m sure they will have a wonderful, safe and secure home - we wish them all the very best, mum will remain with us for another couple of weeks and then she will undergo neutering and then once she has recovered from her surgery she will then be released back to her known surroundings #kittenlife #straytotame #kittenplaytime #kittycomforts
