K’s party trick! Her parents have had to install a lock on the kitchen door as she knows where the food is kept! Clever girl! Lovely seeing her again. #petsitting
Another hedgehog release…
(Apologies for poor quality but was taken at a distance on a rainy day as not to scare her!)
Found in this neighbourhood with ringworm, the local vets have since done an amazing job helping ‘Tootsie’ recover and plumping her up!
We’re returning her to the same neighbourhood as she was found, and she has a few milder-weather days to refamiliarise herself with the area and pick somewhere snug to settle for the rest of winter.
We have hogs living in our garden after making an effort to create a wildlife-friendly garden. We have several hog visitors over the warmer months and have even had several hoglets - who knows, Tootsie may have even been born here!
