Mud, mud, glorious MUD. 🙃 BB’s field is getting muddier - it’s only a matter of time before we will be putting hay in his field, to make sure he has access to ad-lib forage at all times. POST TRAINING ROUTINE: 𝗛𝗢𝗧 & 𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗬 🫠 When a horse sweats, they lose electrolyte salts so tire more quickly and take time to recover. 𝗔𝗤𝗨𝗔-𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗛𝗬𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘, 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬. ✅ Our yummy recovery drink recipe will help you to get those electrolytes into your horse. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗬𝗦 𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗞 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘: Add 2 scoops of Aqua-Aide to 1 litre of water, mix in 2-3 handfuls of their favourite chaff and serve. Your horse should slurp up the entire bucket! 😋 The combination of salt, sodium, chloride and potassium in Aqua-Aide, replaces body salts lost due to sweating, whether during exercise, performance or travelling.
