Have you watered your Christmas tree today?

Your Christmas tree needs to be kept watered if you want it to stay looking fresh and glossy. Check the water in the base every day as, depending on where the tree is kept, it can drink a litre or more every day.

We've sold out of Christmas trees!

The Christmas Tree Barn at Slamseys is now closed for 2023.

Today is your last chance to buy your Christmas tree.

The Christmas Tree Barn at Slamseys is open today from 10 until 4. We have a few Nordmann Fir trees left (but the choice is very limited) and a small range of Christmas tree stands.

The Christmas Tree Barn will be closed from Tuesday 19th December.

We are cutting down trees on Friday so there will be a good choice of trees in The Christmas Tree Barn over the weekend. This will be the last cut of the season and we will close when they sell out.

Christmas wreaths have sold out but we still have a good selection of Christmas tree stands.

There are still plenty of beautiful, fresh Christmas trees in The Christmas Tree Barn at Slamseys so come along to choose the tree that's perfect for your home. We also have a great range of Christmas tree stands, which are easy to use and will let you keep your tree watered.

We're open this weekend Saturday 9am until 5pm and Sunday 10am until 4pm.

The Christmas Tree Barn is filled with beautiful Christmas trees so pull on your Christmas jumper and bring the family to Slamseys to choose your special tree.

Prices are the same as last year and the year before. Our most popular sizes are 5-6ft high Nordmann Fir £45 and 6-7ft high Nordmann Fir £55.

Come to Slamseys Farm to buy your real Christmas tree. Choose a Nordmann Fir or Norway Spruce tree from the huge selection in the barn.

You can also buy a stand for your tree and a fresh foliage wreath to hang on the door.

The countryside is looking wonderful at the moment with the hedgerows in full bloom and lots of green grass. The problem with long grass is that it's difficult to walk through, so Jack has been out today cutting some of the grass along the public footpaths to make it easier for you.

The field edges that aren't public rights of way are left to grow undisturbed for the benefit of wildlife.

We've been out cutting fresh Christmas trees from the plantation this morning. As we near the end of the season, there aren't many trees to choose from in The Christmas Tree Barn but they are fresh!

We're open today, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am until 4pm.

We still have Christmas trees, stands and wreaths for sale in The Christmas Tree Barn at Slamseys but they're disappearing fast.

Our opening hours this weekend are:

Saturday from 9am until 5pm
Sunday from 10am until 4pm

Next week we'll be open Monday to Wednesday from 10am until 4pm. We might be open for a few hours on Thursday if we have some trees left.

Feeling very festive at Slamseys today with the snow falling. We're open until 6pm today. Blackley Lane is a bit snowy but there have been lots of vehicles in and out.

Don't worry - we've still got lots of trees left, even after such a busy weekend. We'll have a good supply of trees throughout December, so there's no need to hurry in if you prefer to wait a while before bringing your tree in.

But for those of you who are ready to go - we're open weekdays 9-6, Saturdays 9-5 and Sundays 9-4.
