To our amazing clients,

After careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily suspend our mobile service operations starting 21st August 2024.

This decision has not been made lightly, and while we are uncertain about the future resumption of our mobile services, we remain incredibly grateful for the past three years of home visits.

Our mobile grooming business began during the challenging times of the lockdown, and it has been a remarkable journey to witness how much we have grown and developed since then.

As we move forward, our primary focus will be on enhancing our salon services to provide you with the best possible grooming experience.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who has supported our mobile grooming business. Your loyalty and trust has been the heart in our success, and for that, we are deeply appreciative. This is not a farewell, but rather a temporary pause (we hope)!

We are aiming to try and fit everyone in until the end date, we will post our availability on social media and keep you posted.

Just a gentle reminder as we’ve had three cancellations/no shows today.

I wanted to take a moment to address something that has been happening lately. Over the past couple of weeks, we've noticed an increase in last-minute cancellations, changes, and even no-shows. 😔

I completely understand that life happens, emergencies come up, and plans may need to be adjusted. However, I wanted to kindly remind everyone that there will now be a 50% charge of the standard groom for any cancellations or no-shows without sufficient notice.

As a small business, we are constantly striving to provide the best service possible and thrive in these difficult times. The impact of cancellations and no-shows with little to no notice makes it really challenging for us to refill those appointment slots. It can be quite frustrating, to be honest😣.

To help you remember your appointments, we will always send you a reminder 48 hours before your scheduled time. Hopefully, this will allow you some time to make any necessary adjustments if needed.

So, I kindly request that you please keep this in mind and let us know as early as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment. Your support and understanding mean the world to us.

This is a gentle reminder to kindly ensure that any bank transfer payments are made either prior to collection or upon arrival. Delays in payment, such as those extending a week beyond the due date, create the need for follow-ups, which I aim to avoid.
