And that’s a wrap!!

I would like to wish all my lovely customers a very happy Christmas and New year! Thank you all for your custom and support over this year, you have all kept me so busy in 2023! It’s been amazing. Also thank you so much for all the lovely chocolate’s, biscuits and tips they have all been very much appreciated.

2024 Diary is open and appointments are been taken, January is already looking super busy already.

Appointment update!

I’m now fully booked for December, 2024 diary is open and the first 2 weeks in January is already looking rather full so if you have missed getting a December appointment and need a January appointment be quick!

Just a few things for December appointments.

Please where possible be on time for appointments I’m on a really tight schedule throughout December.

I understand sometimes things happen which are out of our control but if you need to cancel your appointment I have no movement space throughout December so if you need to cancel your appointment unfortunately the reschedule appointment will be in January.

W/C 11th December - Limited availability
W/C 18th December - I have had 3x appointments on 19th and 1 on the 20th become available

The salon will close on Friday 22nd December and re-open on 2nd January

Firstly thank you to all my amazing customers who have been so understanding in regard to the price increase! All my customers who have booking from now until Christmas should have received a text confirming the grooming prices from now onwards.

I have received such lovely messages from lots of my lovely customers, thank you it means the absolute world!

❗️❗️FLEAS❗️❗️

This week within the salon we have had a few issues with doggies and fleas which has ended up in appointments been cancelled.

We have been advised by our personal vet that the over counter flea treatment isn’t working the way it should be as the fleas have become immune to the products. So if your doggies due to be given any flea treatment please call your vet and get some treatment from them as if you use the over counter products these may not work. If your struggling to get your dogs clear of fleas again please speak to your vets.

If you have an upcoming appointment and you think your doggy may have fleas or your treating your doggy for fleas please please make me aware prior to your appointment as this will need to be rescheduled to eliminate passing fleas on to any other dogs which are in our salon.

If your doggy does attend there grooming appointment and we do find they have fleas there will be an additional charge on top of the groom charge.

Please see below symptoms of doggies with fleas and where you will most likely find them.

Sorry been a little quiet on here, but with the craziness of the 6 weeks holidays and settling my middle daughter into nursery it’s been a busy busy few months.

Appointments are very limited in October! So if you do need an appointment don’t leave it too late!!! Also please please please prebook your Christmas appointments December is also looking so so busy already with the week run up to Christmas already been fully booked!!!

So this poor doggy came to me today and was so matted.

Please please please do not let your doggies get matted this is so painful and sore for them and really uncomfortable.

Please pre-book your fur babies next appointment when collect your dog from there groom to prevent this happening.

DEPOSITE & CANCELLATION POLICY

⭐️An appointment with myself requires a £10 per dog deposite
⭐️This deposite can be paid either every time you book and appointment with me and then deducted from the groom cost on the day of the appointment.
OR
The deposite can be paid when you book the first appointment and then left in my deposite bank for all further grooms.
⭐️The deposite will need to be replacing if you don’t turn upto your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours before your grooming appointment.

Being a busy mummy of 3 I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, we have to sacrifice things and we totally forget about appointments.

However over the last few weeks I have had quite a few last minute cancellations and no shows. This has such a big impact on my little business meaning loss of money and time wasted which could of been filled by another customer. Especially when I have a booking of multiple doggies.

I have have to make a big decision to unfortunately have to take deposits on all further appointments. Your appointment will be 100% confirmed once I have received your deposit.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment this needs to be done no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

I will pin a post with all the information of the deposit and cancellation policy.
