The last few months have been very busy. Even without the summer sun!
Kira has added even more British Horse Society qualifications to her already impressive CV and we are so very proud of her.

In July, the Riding School was awarded (again) the highest possible rating by the Council at its annual inspection. This is a great accomplishment given our (small) size and also the fact that Olivia has recently taken on another role – as mother to baby Joshua.

As the school summer holidays are nearing their end, we ask ourselves ‘What happened to the summer weather?’ Fortunately, our riders were not put off by the cold, wet and windy days these last few weeks and many happy lessons, hacks and pony rides took place.

We are planning the schedule for regular after school lessons - in addition to those on Saturdays and the occasional Sundays too. We are also looking forward to having some great fun with the ponies and their jockeys over the October half term, so watch this space for news of what’s coming up.

Kira has done it again! We are delighted to share Kira's success -
Earlier this summer, Kira achieved the British Horse Society Stage 3 Ride qualification.

This is an amazing achievement at such a young age and shows the dedication and hard work applied by Kira.

Kira has done it again!

We are so happy and proud to announce that Kira, at the age of 17 years, has passed her BHS Stage 2 Coaching (in Complete Horsemanship) examination.

This is an amazing achievement at such a young age and shows the dedication and hard work applied by Kira.

We couldn’t be more pleased for you Kira.

To all our lovely clients -
Yet again, the rules regarding Riding Schools reopening have been confusing and contradictory. At very short notice changes were made to the legislation at the end of last week resulting in the exclusion of indoor arenas as ‘Covid safe’ environments.

If the rules are not amended (we live in hope!), riding lessons will not be able to start before 12th April. Pony rides, because of the difficulty in social distancing, are also on hold. I am sorry to have to delay your return to Denton Hall but hope that you will understand that I must adhere to the rules.

COVID-19 Update

Great News! From the 29th of March riding schools can once again reopen for group and private lessons, hacks and pony rides - following government guidelines.

I shall be contacting all of the regular riders in the next couple of weeks. Once I know what spaces are available I shall then be in touch with newbies and occasional riders.

We are incredibly grateful for the support we have received and look forward to seeing you all soon!
