As many of you all know, I play rugby 🏉.

This year I’ll be playing my first season with Chard Womens and I can’t wait to get going!

A lot of people don’t know this, but mental stimulation for a dog is just a tiring as taking them for a walk. Using treat puzzles, lick mats and also spare boxes and toilet roll tubes are great for filling with treats and kibble. This enables your dog to use their brain for problem solving and also allow a natural foraging behaviour. Loki is definitely a fan of a treat box! 😍🐶🐾
