I NEED a coffee ☕️ 🥵🫣 F #*^* # 🤬 Time for one?

Went for a run after work and it was one of the worst. I’m so bloody unfit and have 25kg too much to carry thanks to letting myself go again 🤮🙄

Who else is out of shape or just unfit? Who is keeping their New Year’s resolution still?

I’ve got a marathon to run in 3 months 🫣

I’m going to fly to Sierra Leone in May supporting the amazing work that Street Child does. Through my colleague I have learned so much about what Street Child does for these young kids I am more committed than ever to helping change the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalised children across the world, including those who find themselves in the middle of conflict.

I know I have already pleaded, but there is no better time than now to donate the cost of a cup of coffee, as the U.K. Goverment is matching those donations made in JANUARY meaning that just 1 coffee can have double the impact!

First House sit done since being back in Brecon. And what a gorgeous and well trained little girl I looked after. A pleasure to be around and my Luger loved her too when we met up for a play date 😍😇
