Another of our dogs who has received very little interest. He is a young lad, very responsive and currently sporting a poorly paw as one of the other dogs bit him so is being a really big baby waving it at everyone. If someone is a lover of large breeds then Spider will be right up your street - he is gorgeous.
SPIDER - 12-14 months old and is a large crossbreed (Caucasian X maybe), neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped (which states he is a Cane Corso?).
Very friendly boy with humans. Strong.
Needs an experienced person used to large breeds to continue his training.
Any children in the home will need to be 8+ and dog savvy.
Cats unknown and untested but would be very surprised if he is cat friendly at all.
Has not really taken much interest in other dogs in and out of the kennels but would initially prefer to home him as the only pet in the home.
Definitely a secure garden with adequate height fencing is required - 6ft +
We would like to see him in a home where he is not going to be left for long periods of time and one where he is allowed to be part of the family.
Contact Wallace Kennels - he is in Essex.
An application form is required in the first instance but do not apply if you are away or will not be around in the next few weeks.

Totally surprised that TINA has only ever had one enquiry.
She has now been with us since the beginning of August and she is getting to the stage sadly where she is not happy and is losing weight.
TINA is 5 years old - German Shepherd, spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped.
Tina is a really lovely girl but she will need to be the only pet in the home as she is dog reactive (especially in a kennel environment). We do not know if she can live with cats either as these are untested. Very strong girl so will need a confident handler used to the strength of the breed. She is a super friendly dog with humans and she does know and understand some commands. Completely house trained, travels well.
A secure garden with adequate height fencing is a must.
Any children in the home must be 6+ and confident around large breeds.

ELI - Sharpei, neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped - 4 years old.
Eli has been such a good boy.
He is dog friendly and could live with a spayed submissive female or a very non-reactive neutered male but he will react back if dog is entire and confronts him so would prefer not to place him with another male.
He is lovely to walk and is becoming our volunteers first go to dog.
Travels well and without issue.
Fully house trained.
Can be a little bit shy of new people but nice treats (cheese or chicken) soon win him round. Once he knows you he is a super friendly affectionate dog.
Would say that Eli is more suited to someone who knows the breed or has dog experience. Any children in the home need to be 6+ and used to dogs.
Cats unknown and untested.
A secure garden with adequate height fencing is a must.
We would ideally like to see Eli go to a home where he is not going to left for hours on end.

COCO - Doberman - Spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and up to date with flea and worming treatments. 2 1/2-3 years old.
If Dobermans are your dog of choice then after meeting Coco you will be smitten. Super friendly girl with people but can be hit and miss with other dogs more so in this environment but not too bad out on walks and she can go on controlled lead walks with other dogs a few feet apart. We will however be placing her as the only pet in the home.
She has definitely had one litter possibly 2. She came in with a bad skin condition possibly allergy or previous living conditions but this is now under control and treated and fur is growing back.
Any children need to be 6+ and used to large breed dogs.
Coco is full of energy and loves to bounce around - pretty sure she thinks she is a kangaroo - mainly with excitement but she soon calms down. Loves to play and throw her toys around. Coco knows and understands some commands and we do believe is house trained.
Cats and other small furries are probably a no no as she will chase.
We would ideally like to see Coco go to a home where she is not going to be left for more than a few hours per day as she loves being around people.
A secure garden is a definite must with adequate height fencing.

ARON - Long legged Staffie - 18 months old max, neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped
He is a very happy young lad who is full of character and very loving and affectionate, super people friendly, very bouncy.
Aron MUST be the only dog in the home to start with as he can be reactive to other dogs due to lack of socialisation as a youngster but he is getting better with other dogs out and about on his walks ignoring most and he is able to walk in front or behind others without issue. Not cat friendly. Any children in the home need to be 6+
He ideally is going to need a home where he is not left for long periods of time and one where he will get the exercise and on going training he requires although he does already know some commands and really wants to please.
He is also house trained.
A secure garden with adequate height fencing is a must.

MAX - Jack Russell - born 2016 so 8 years old will be looking for his new home later this week after he has finally been neutered and his vaccines attended to.
He is an absolutely cracking lad and full of beans. As you can see he knows and understands some commands so should not be a problem at his new home. He loves his walks and given his energy levels his new owner must also be fit and able to give him the required exercise he needs.
He has not shown any problems with or around other dogs but we would like to place him at the only pet in the home or with a submissive spayed bitch.
Any children need to be 5+
