Today we groomed the lovely Biscuit. She is a rescue and had never been groomed. She was very knotty and not sure of the whole grooming process to begin with but she came round with some gentle persuasion, lots of magic grooming lotions and potions 🧪 ✨ 🚿 and some patience we think she is pretty darn cute 🥰
She will be available for rehoming from Pro Dogs Direct.

It is getting super busy here at The Grooming Cabin as usual on the run up to Christmas and we didn’t manage to photograph everyone we groomed but we squeezed in a few 🥰
We think they are all super cute, Elsie had her first big girl groom and Parker and Fluff had their first ever professional groom and were so well behaved you would have thought they were Feline experts at being pampered !

It’s been busy here at The Grooming Cabin lots of newbies as well as our regulars getting ready for Christmas 🎄 and washing off the mud that is just never ending this time of the year !
We also were lucky enough to groom this beautiful Giant Schnauzer puppy for his first grooming experience and Denzel, you are welcome back any time we can’t wait to see you in January, 🥰what a little star🌟 he was.

We donated this lovely girl her groom so that she might find her forever loving home very soon. Despite it being her first time being groomed with us she settled into the routine very well. She was good to have her ears brushed and didn’t mind being bathed and dried. Something that she and her new owners will become very used to. She was an absolute pleasure and we 🙏 she finds her forever 🏡 where she can be loved and fussed as much as she desires. Whilst grooming she gave us all kisses and we couldn’t believe why she was in foster at all. Someone will be very lucky to have her. I was very tempted myself 🤔

Good Morning all as we have a lot of Spaniels and Spaniel mixes on our books I just wanted to let you all know that our sister company Canine Training Academy Ltd is running a Funday on Saturday 21st September 3 minutes from us, just for all Spaniels (Cockers, Cavaliers, Springers, Cockerpoos, Cavapoo’s, and all other combinations) £15 per dog, limited spaces available, in our safe enclosed field with activity equipment, sandpit, water station and free 💩 bags Bring the family too for some fun !

📣📣 18 months ago I had some absolutely delicious shortbread iced biscuits made by a company called Annie’s Bakery Box, as far as I can see she is no longer baking…I am now in a dilemma as I really need some beautifully iced, freshly made Biscuits and Cupcakes for Sunday 18th August does anyone have any recommendations please ?
I’ll post a photo of what I need below.

Yesterday we had the privilege of beginning the process of turning this lovely girl into a “showgirl” This was her first full strip and show trim as she is only young and her mum has only just been persuaded to show her. Keep an eye out for her in a full grown coat. I will post her future adult groom when we get there. Do you know what breed she is ?

Today we groomed this beautiful puppy Schnauzer for the first time. Other than being a little wiggly he was a little superstar 🥰 (sadly I got carried away grooming him before thinking about taking a before photo 🤦🏼‍♀️)

📣On lead Socialisation classes are our most popular for all breeds, sizes and age of dog, if your dog is noisy, anxious, needs help to learn how to greet other dogs on lead, if your dog pulls or lunges towards or away from other dogs then this class can help you. £15 per 1 hour class.

Today we had a lovely young Labradoodle in for his first full groom and what a super star of a puppy he was. Despite being a little knotty due to a love of all things wet and messy 😂😂. He took the whole process of scary clippers and scissors and noisy blasters and hair dryers all in his stride. Looking forward to seeing him again soon. 🥰
