H2O Status Update – We're Still Very Much Here!
It seems there’s a lot of talk about H2O lately — and most of it not accurate. So we just wanted to set the record straight:
Yes, we’re still in business, and yes, we’re very much continuing on.
As mentioned previously, we're currently focusing on mail order while we work through a number of challenges — mainly staffing shortages. Our plan is to carry out a small refit of the shop this summer and return to a full retail and mail order operation in time for the season kick-off in September.
Over the past week, we’ve shipped out hundreds of orders — not always as quickly as we’d like, but we’re pushing hard every day to catch up. We know some orders have taken longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work to restore the level of service we’ve always aimed to deliver.
Naturally, with limited hands, priority has to go to getting orders out the door, which means things like social media, emails, and other customer comms may lag behind. We're aware of it and are putting systems in place to improve that side too.
To those who’ve continued to support us — thank you.�To the critics and gossips — we hear you, but we’re focused on doing what we do best and rebuilding stronger.
H2O began from nothing, and we’ve put our hearts into it over the years. We may not always get everything right, but we always aim to make it right. Your support keeps us going.
