After a busy week sitting and walking I’ll be helping out at Daily Bread Serving Our Community Saturday Cafe tomorrow morning. Bottomless Coffee £1:00. You’ll also have the opportunity to pay it forward by purchasing a cake and coffee for someone visiting the food bank. ☕️🫖🧁

Most days when I'm walking my clients, I'll see something that has always been there but which I've never really 'seen' before. Like this incredible tree. It's a Holm Oak, evergreen, and considered 'exotic.' I wonder how it got there? It's beautiful, huge, and hopefully protected.
