It was amazing to have this little boy back in last week. Teddy had an accident 10 weeks ago and broke his back 😔 but with the support of his family and vets he survived and back to normal 😁😁

Hey Everyone, just wanted to give an update, due to me starting a new job as well as grooming I am now limiting my grooming days to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
I am currently fully booked untill 15th of July. Please make sure you are booking in plenty of time as I would hate for you to be disappointed. I am also now closing my books to new clients aswell.
I would like to thank you all for the continued support and I feel incredibly lucky to be in this position

So I have just a photo sent to me by my client and friend. I groomed this beautiful big boy Thor today and I popped the happy hoody on him while I dried him. This has now become one of my favourite photos.
Thor suffers massively with allergies and his skin. He now comes every 4 weeks for a sensitive shampoo and dry and his skin is so much better.

I am just updating all my clients. Unfortunately due to the drastic price increase in gas and electricity I am going to have to increase my prices. I am so sorry to have to put this onto my clients as I know how hard times are but I do not have any other choice I hope everyone understands. This increase will start from April 1st.

The beautiful Maggie came in for her first big girl groom today. She was such a sweetheart and was so much fun to groom.

The results of 2 months of teeth cleaning for this little boy. He has been so good for every appointment. As you can see there is a serious reduction in gum redness and reduction in the tartar build up. The owner has said there is a massive difference in the stinky breath so massive positives.

A very busy day so I hit the ground running. I am full this week but do have a few spaces next week.

And that's it. Last dog done for 2021. This year I have laughed, and cried and everything in between and I wouldn't swap my job for anything in the world.
Thank you to each and everyone of my customers. You make me smile every day and I look forward to catching up on each appointment.
Bring on 2022. I will be reopening my doors on 5th January and my diary is open to take bookings. If messaging over the holidays give me a couple of days to respond but I will get back to you.

I am so sorry I have to reiterate this cancellation policy. But unfortunately when clients do not show up and I am then losing money I have to do this. I do not want to get to a point where I have to charge the full amount of the groom up front because I am aware this is a selfish minority that put me in this position. But my cancellation policy is as follows
A deposit of £15 may be requested to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking then please give 48 hours notice to receive a refund of the deposit. If less than 48hours notice is given for a cancellation I will not be able to refund the deposit. Your full groom charge will apply for any no show appointments.
I hope everyone will understand the position I am in. This month alone I have lost nearly a whole weeks wage because people are not showing up or cancelling with enough notice.

My emmi-pet has had a brilliant first day. The results are instant. Arya had her first visit with me today. She had slight build up on the canines and quite a bit on the back molars, the molars will take a few visited to remove all the tartar. But as you can see this treatment works and can save you hundreds in the vets. Get in touch if you would like a consultation
