A Reminder To All Purchasers

Terms & Conditions

Strangles Tests -
-I very much prefer and recommend the guttural pouch wash to be done first as last purely and only because the strangles blood test are so inaccurate and it holds the process up as well as costs you more in the long run by having to get them both done.
-This choice and cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Viewing -
-All horses are open to viewings;
-Good trial facilities available - ménage & hacking
-Trainers, friends, family, always welcome
-Please be honest about you’re capabilities before viewing/riding to avoid any accidents
-Make sure you have the correct riding equipment e.g a helmet & appropriate riding footwear otherwise in line with public liability insurance you will not be able to ride.

Vetting -
-All horses are open to pre purchase examinations by any vet of your choice, this must be done before the horse leaves our premises
-Should you purchase the horse without a vetting, we will not warrant any vetting that is done after the horse leaves our premises.

Deposit -
-Deposit secures the sale
-Deposit amount varies in relation to purchase price of the horse
-The refund of deposit is only available in relation to the outcome of a vetting

Once Deposited -
-Once deposit is received, a period of up to 7 days maximum is allowed for vetting & collection of the horse as this is a reasonable time for both. Should the need for flexibility arise, additional livery charges may apply.

Purchasing Unseen -
-Purchasing unseen is an option, although viewings are strongly recommended.
-No warranty is given when purchasing unseen
-Ask as many questions as you require
-Several videos, pictures & information will be supplied
-Horse must be paid for in full before leaving our premises.

Bringing Dogs -
-We do not allow others dogs outside of the vehicle onto the premises, purely because we have other dogs here and of course want to avoid any problems. -Please be aware that there is a possibility that these dogs may jump up on your vehicle if dogs are inside.

Returning Horses -
-If returning a horse they must arrive back in the same or better condition than when they left. If there are any changes to the horses appearance, I.e manes, tails or feather any withstanding warranty in relation to a full refund will become null and void and will potentially result in a reduced monetary refund.
-A horse which is returned lame or injured will not be accepted no matter what and all return related transport is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our Money Back Warrenty -
-All of the horses are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee in line with the consumer rights act of sales
-This is not a loan or trial period
-If you have any concerns within this time period, it is imperative that you contact myself with information and evidence of any problems that have arisen to insure an appropriate action can be taken
-After the 30 days -
-I can offer a swap of such, or a part exchange or even buy the horse back at an agreed price by both parties, whichever suits you best.

Not Warranted Sales -
-The only horses that are sold not warranted will be anything that’s sold as projects -
Issues / vices will be disclosed in the adverts / messages - they will always be priced cheap / trade
-As well as horses that haven’t been assessed fully or at all.
